Return Policy
All items are produced upon order confirmation. We do not offer refunds for returned items under any circumstance.
Store credit or limited exchanges may be offered within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
To request an exchange or store credit, customers must contact us by email within 14 days of delivery and clearly state the reason for the request.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Worn or altered items will be rejected
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control, refunds will not be issued. In such cases, store credit will be retained and made available to the customer for future use.
